Stay tuned to EastCoastFM this coming Friday 16th of October at approx 1030 when Ian Robertson will be interviewing Katrina Leskanich the American musician and former singer of the British-American pop rock band Katrina & the Waves fame.
Some of Katrina and the Waves greatest songs were the international hit ‘Walking in Sunshine’ in 1985 and of course the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest for the UK in 1997 with the song ‘Love Shine a Light’
Of course there were many, many more great songs and Katrina went on to create her solo career after the Waves broke up in 1999.
